Our ReelRaven platform operates under a licence issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros — licence reference ALSI-202502014-FI1. This licence authorises us to offer online gaming and sports betting services to eligible players worldwide.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account with us at ReelRaven Casino, you must meet the following requirements:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Our ReelRaven withdrawal framework includes the following rules, which you must review carefully:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 EUR/GBP/USD (or crypto equivalent) on every available payment method without exception.
• The maximum withdrawal is 5,000 EUR per day and 25,000 EUR per calendar month.
• Wins exceeding 30,000 EUR may be paid in monthly instalments until the full amount is settled.
• Players who have made only one deposit may cash out a maximum of 15 times that deposit; all further winnings above this cap will be removed from the account at the point of withdrawal request.
• Every deposit must be wagered at least three times before it may be withdrawn, regardless of whether any bonus has been claimed.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, you must stake 100% of the amount requested at minimum odds of 1.50. We apply this requirement as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Maximum winnings on a single horse racing bet are capped at 1,000 EUR/GBP/USD. The coefficient on any multiple or system bet is capped at 500.

Payments are processed within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment a withdrawal request is approved by our payments department. Please be aware that the internal approval process itself has no fixed time limit.

4.3 Multiple Accounts

We strictly prohibit the operation of more than one account per person, household address, telephone number, email address, payment instrument or device. Where we identify multiple accounts, we will refuse payouts across all associated accounts except for funds that can be demonstrated as legitimately deposited. Additionally, we reserve the right to levy a fine of 20% of total deposits before releasing any remaining balance.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Casino Package

Each stage requires a minimum deposit of 25 EUR. You must select the correct bonus by name from the drop-down menu at the point of deposit — we will not credit bonuses retrospectively. 5.2 Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

At ReelRaven Casino, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. For the Welcome Package, wagering is set at x30 on the combined deposit and bonus amount, and x30 again on any free spin winnings. You have 30 days to meet the casino wagering requirement. Free spins must be used within 7 days of activation; any unused spins expire automatically.

The maximum bet while any bonus is active is 5 EUR per spin or bet, or 15% of the total bonus awarded — whichever is lower. Bets below 0.50 EUR do not contribute to wagering and their winnings will be forfeited. Maximum winnings from the welcome bonus are capped on a sliding scale: bonuses of 200% or above are capped at 3x the deposit, while bonuses of 100–119% are capped at 10x the deposit.

5.3 Excluded Games and Bonus Abuse

Certain games are excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Playing any excluded game with an active bonus entitles us to forfeit the bonus, all wagered amounts and any associated winnings. Excluded categories include all jackpot games, all video poker, all roulette, all blackjack, all baccarat, all Quick Play games, 3 Card Poker and Hi Lo Fever, in addition to several hundred individual slot titles named in our Bonus Terms.

We monitor all accounts for signs of bonus abuse. Six specific arbitrage indicators are actively tracked, including opening play with a single or double bet equal to the combined deposit and bonus, staking on selections averaging odds of 2.00 or higher, and wagering exactly the minimum required to clear the bonus before requesting a payout. Where we identify such behaviour, we may void suspected arbitrage bets, forfeit all bonus funds and winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.

6. VPN and Location Masking

The use of a VPN, proxy server or any other tool designed to disguise or alter the IP address of your device is strictly prohibited at ReelRaven Casino. Where we identify that you have taken any steps to mask your location, we are entitled to void all winnings, forfeit your entire balance — including deposited funds — suspend our services to you, and permanently deactivate your account.
